Every lot is registered against your delivery challan and tracked through each stage, so you always know where your components are and what was done to them.
Parts are received against your reference DC number, counted or weighed, and logged with product, quantity and required process.
Oils, drawing compounds, scale and rust are removed so the zinc deposit bonds uniformly to clean, active steel.
Components are plated in barrel or rack lines depending on geometry, thread sensitivity and volume, to the thickness on your drawing.
Blue or yellow passivation, hexavalent or trivalent (Cr3+), is applied with optional lacquer sealing, then dried.
Appearance, coverage and colour uniformity are checked before the batch is cleared for packing.
Industrial packing sized to the parts, dispatched with an outward challan referencing your original DC.
Quality assurance
Consistency keeps automotive and industrial lines moving. Our quality practices are designed around repeatable finish, traceability and safe delivery.
Traceability by challan
Each lot is linked to your reference DC number from inward to outward, with process and quantity recorded.
Trivalent (Cr3+) options
Hexavalent-chromium-free passivation for customers with RoHS, ELV or export compliance requirements.
Pre-dispatch inspection
Visual checks for coverage, colour uniformity, blistering and burn marks before parts are packed.
Specification-led plating
Thickness and finish set to your drawing or standard, with trial lots available for validation.
Industries served
From bulk fasteners to precision stampings, our lines are set up for the volumes and finish specifications that OEM and Tier suppliers demand.
Fasteners, brackets, clamps, chassis and body hardware for OEM and Tier suppliers.
Pressed and formed parts requiring uniform coverage on complex geometry.
High-volume bolts, nuts, screws and washers processed in barrel lines.
Machine parts, enclosures, mounting hardware and general engineering components.
Electroplating in Nashik
Our plant sits inside Satpur MIDC, one of Nashik's two major industrial estates, minutes from Ambad MIDC and the automotive cluster that supplies OEMs across India. Local customers benefit from short logistics loops and quick turnaround on urgent lots, while manufacturers elsewhere in Maharashtra and India ship to us by road.
If you are searching for zinc plating, trivalent plating or degreasing services in Nashik, you can visit the plant, send a sample, or share a drawing to start.

Salt spray hours are quoted on almost every plating specification, yet they are widely misunderstood. What the test measures, what "white rust" and "red rust" mean, and how to use the numbers sensibly.

Both finishes start with the same electroplated zinc layer. The passivation on top decides colour, corrosion life and cost. Here is how to choose for automotive and engineering components.

We offer zinc blue plating, zinc yellow plating, trivalent blue and trivalent yellow (Cr3+) passivation, trivalent blue with lacquer top coat, plus acid wash, degreasing and drying as surface preparation or standalone services. All processes run at our plant in Satpur MIDC, Nashik.
Yes. While our plant is in Satpur MIDC, Nashik and most customers are in the Nashik, Ambad and Sinnar industrial areas, we regularly process components for manufacturers across Maharashtra and other states. Transport can be arranged either way.
Both seal the zinc layer after plating. Hexavalent chromate is the traditional option; trivalent (Cr3+) passivation contains no hexavalent chromium and therefore meets RoHS and ELV restrictions, while delivering comparable corrosion protection. We offer both, in blue and yellow variants.
Depending on the component we quote per kilogram or per piece. Pricing depends on the process, plating thickness, part geometry and monthly volume. Send us a drawing or sample with expected quantities and we will share a quotation.
Every lot is registered against your delivery challan number when it arrives. The batch is tracked through degreasing, plating, passivation, inspection and packing, and dispatched with an outward challan that references your original DC.
There is no fixed minimum. Small and trial lots are welcome, and we regularly run urgent lots alongside production batches. Larger monthly volumes benefit from better per-unit pricing.
